LEVEL 1

Our Level 1 classes are great for beginners or anyone who wants to work on technique and alignment. This is a great class for students to build confidence, strength and awareness in their practice. 

LEVEL 2

The Level 2 classes are suitable for the more experienced student who has a strong foundation in yoga and is ready to advance their practice & challenge their limits. These classes explore more complex postures and creative Vinyasa Flow sequences. An advanced practice is one deeply rooted in awareness, therefore clear, safe alignment cues and breath awareness are key elements in these classes.  Awaken your playful spirit to help take your practice to a new level. 

ALL LEVELS

All-Level classes are amenable for ALL students; from complete beginners to those more experienced. Teachers will adapt the class accordingly and offer appropriate modifications based on the students capabilities. 

YOGA FLOW

Yoga Flow is the foundation of our offering and has inspired the full spectrum of classes we now offer, from the most energetic to restorative and everything in between. Yoga Flow combines dynamic sequences and deep posture work to naturally generate heat in the body and awaken strength, freedom, flexibility and focus. With a strong emphasis on the synchronicity of breath and movement the practitioner learns to move from moment to moment with absolute awareness.

SLOW FLOW

Slow Flow is wonderful for beginners or anyone wanting to dive into the finer details of their practice. The focus will be on alignment and how to move and stretch the body safely and effectively through its full range of motion with the breath as the navigating guide. The student will explore, in depth, basic Vinyasa Flow sequences and foundational postures. A slow pace can be expected in every class. 

AMBIENT FLOW

Prepare for a restful night with Ambient Flow, a beautiful mellow class that provides a perfect way to unwind at the end of your day. Ambient Flow may take on a slower pace or much more rejuvenating rhythm depending on the energy of the class, but will never be over stimulating for the nervous system. Anticipate a deep release and a good nights sleep.

SUNRISE FLOW

Sunrise Flow is a class for anyone who is interested in starting their day open, energetic and optimistic. Rise early and reconnect to your strength and clearest vision for your day ahead. This class starts slow to wake up the body and mind and finishes stronger so you leave feeling energised. Kick start your day with intention, focus, balance and steadiness. Wake up and smell the Yoga!

RESTORATIVE MEDITATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga is suitable for all levels, but particularly useful for those who find a normal Yoga class too challenging, due to illness or injury. The focus of this class is based around making the body as comfortable as possible. Props such as blocks, cushions, bolsters, straps and chairs are used as support. Resting in a  pose for anywhere up to 5 minutes with Full Yogic Breathing helps to stretch and align the body, while manual adjustments and visualizations are used to enhance self healing. 

This recuperative class allows time for your body to relax, strengthen & renew.

HAPPY HOUR FLOW

Our popular Happy HOUR Flow is a well rounded, 1 hour Vinyasa Flow class that will leave you feeling energised, refreshed and up-lifted for whatever your evening has to offer. Every class is unique and creative with a strong focus on breath, movement, awareness and alignment. This is the best Happy Hour in Belfast and we promise to leave you a little Yoga tipsy.

LUNCH HOUR FLOW

Take a well earned yoga break in the middle of your day to recharge, refocus and reconnect. These short hour long lunchtime classes are the perfect blend of physical activity, breathwork and relaxation to help put the rest of your day in perspective.
