LEVEL 1

Our Level 1 classes are great for beginners or anyone who wants to work on technique and alignment. This is a great class for students to build confidence, strength and awareness in their practice. 

LEVEL 2

The Level 2 classes are suitable for the more experienced student who has a strong foundation in yoga and is ready to advance their practice & challenge their limits. These classes explore more complex postures and creative Vinyasa Flow sequences. An advanced practice is one deeply rooted in awareness, therefore clear, safe alignment cues and breath awareness are key elements in these classes.  Awaken your playful spirit to help take your practice to a new level. 

ALL LEVELS

All-Level classes are amenable for ALL students; from complete beginners to those more experienced. Teachers will adapt the class accordingly and offer appropriate modifications based on the students capabilities. 

FLOW HEAT 

Flow Heat classes pair breath, movement and heat to raise the core temperature, build strength, cleanse the body, and allow for a deeper release from your practice.

Our Hill St. studio incorporates clean and green technology that ambiently heats the studio to maintain a temperature of 30°C, ensuring that heat and humidity are carefully controlled, and optimum levels of fresh air are maintained in the studio. This provides a comfortably sweaty environment that compliments the natural heat generated in a Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice.

YOGA FLOW

Yoga Flow is the foundation of our offering and has inspired the full spectrum of classes we now offer, from the most energetic to restorative and everything in between. Yoga Flow combines dynamic sequences and deep posture work to naturally generate heat in the body and awaken strength, freedom, flexibility and focus. With a strong emphasis on the synchronicity of breath and movement the practitioner learns to move from moment to moment with absolute awareness.

AMBIENT FLOW

Prepare for a restful night with Ambient Flow, a beautiful mellow class that provides a perfect way to unwind at the end of your day. Ambient Flow may take on a slower pace or much more rejuvenating rhythm depending on the energy of the class, but will never be over stimulating for the nervous system. Anticipate a deep release and a good nights sleep.

LUNCH HOUR FLOW

Take a well earned yoga break in the middle of your day to recharge, refocus and reconnect. These short hour long lunchtime classes are the perfect blend of physical activity, breathwork and relaxation to help put the rest of your day in perspective.
